Nature of the Service

Apeirox operates solely as a technology, systems, and strategy provider.

Apeirox is not a broker, dealer, asset manager, investment advisor, custodian, or intermediary. We do not manage client funds, provide discretionary portfolio management, or hold client assets.

Our Software may be made available through, or integrated with, third party brokerage platforms. Use of such platforms is subject to the broker's own terms, conditions, and regulatory framework.

Broker Relationship & Fees

Any brokerage firm with which Apeirox integrates operates independently of Apeirox and is solely responsible for:

• Account onboarding and verification
• Order execution and pricing
• Custody of client funds
• Regulatory compliance and reporting

You are responsible for opening and maintaining your brokerage account and for all trading activity conducted within it.

Where applicable, performance based fees (including a 25% performance fee) are calculated and settled directly through the broker's platform in accordance with the broker's terms. Apeirox does not issue separate invoices for such fees.

You should review all broker terms, fee structures, and risk disclosures carefully before using the Software.

Limitation of Liability

While Apeirox endeavours to ensure that information provided is accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apeirox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on the Software
• Automated or copied trades
• Market movements or execution delays
